Rise and Thrive, I am so happy to meet all of you on this closing day of the week. Although some, like myself, have to work through the weekend, we will be thankful. Take a moment or two to reflect on the positives and negatives of the week and formulate a plan to grow through those.

Rise and Thrive, we made it through Monday! I am proud of you! Today just focus on keeping the momentum rolling. Whatever task you need to complete today is not so insurmountable; you can do it! When the day concludes today, remember to reward yourself for your accomplishments, even if it is as simple as a high five to yourself.
