Rise and Thrive, I am so happy to meet all of you on this closing day of the week. Although some, like myself, have to work through the weekend, we will be thankful. Take a moment or two to reflect on the positives and negatives of the week and formulate a plan to grow through those.

NC Certified Peer Support Specialist
Hi there, my name is Angel. I am a North Carolina Certified Peer Support Specialist. My areas of experience and knowledge consist of mental health diagnosis, substance use disorder, family and child trauma, military family support, and caregiver support (mainly children).
I have worked in the community as a peer support as well as online forums. I also provide mentorship and volunteering with a local program in my area that serves those recently released from incarceration.
I have a pride and a passion for people. One of my favorite things to say is Rise and Thrive. We all are capable of being great in some fashion. Although many of us need some guidance along the way. I would love to be able to aid you in your growth so you can rise and thrive too!
